I gave this hotel a 5 star rating, because of Christopher!! He made our stay an exceptional experience, even though the hotel was not ideal for basketball travel (no continental breakfast like we usually prefer). Christopher however was an absolute gem of a manager! His kindness and friendly demeanor really made our stay special.

Our experience was wonderful as soon as we walked in they greeted us asked if we need anything. They told us where everything was and they even told us they offer free coffee. That was amazing. We had bed bug issues and my family woke up with 34 bites and found two crawling in the bed the next morning. The chaos that this caused was overwhelming but the staff was professional about how they handled it and refunded our money with an apology email.
