Staff rrsponded ok but refrigerator was frozen and the ac did not work. We were moved to another room not what i wanted which was too bad and I paid for a one it's not really fair to me that I had to pay for something that was a little high price and moved to something less than what I wanted

Hotel was nice for what we paid that’s for sure. Floors outside of the room were all overly dirty and the stairwells were as well. Elevator was broken for the first hour we were there which wasn’t a big deal. Staff was friendly and the sheets were very soft.
