The a/c was off when we went into the room & the room door wasn’t closed all the way. It was muggy which made everything like sticky. Just didn’t feel clean. Never checked into a hotel where the a/c was off.

The cleanliness and service was good , but the pillows were terrible, there was a very strong perfume like fragrance smell in the hotel which gave me a headache, makes you wonder what type of smell they’re hiding, the air conditioner made a pulse like annoying noise all night which made it hard to sleep and there was also a buzzing noise we couldn’t pin point even when the ac wasn’t blowing? So weird. Not to mention even with the shades drawn on the window, the side of the bed closest to the window was very bright and not dark at all - again made it hard to sleep. Comfort just wasn’t there:(

2nd visit where the bed had a dip in the middle of the bed. Made me feel like my feet were higher than upper body. Pillows are all the same. Should offer a couple of pillows that are more firmer. Took two irons to get one that worked correctly. Sink too a while to drain. Room felt humid. Clothes felt that way the next day when you put them on.
