On one of the days that the room was cleaned, I found my “clean” towel was in fact a dirty towel that had been in n my floor. It was covered in hair and folded back up and placed like a new, clean towel. My room reeked of cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room. My A/C had two settings 65° and 77°. It would not adjust to anything else. The ice machine was out of service as were one of the two washers and one of the two dryers.

Literally had an incident with one employee…worst customer service and incompetency. Simple customer service issue they couldn’t handle so called the police….so humiliating and had paid for days in advance. Just beware
