My first initial room had a bad odor, musty bad carpet or wet carpet smell. Told front desk and they moved me to another room but the smell was just the same. I am fond of holiday Inn but I will not stay at this location again. Staff was very helpful.

Excellent except for duvet

Everything about hotel was excellent except for the heavy duvet on the bed. A sheet isn’t enough cover but a duvet is way too much. Please consider providing a light blanket as an option.

Good breakfast. Decent sized pool. We ordered two queens but ended up getting one king and they brought us a cot. My son used it. Had it been adults that needed it it would not have worked for us we would have been in a bad position. They said it was because there was a baseball tournament and people who ordered through their site directly got first choice and we got pushed aside. It's a newer building and a newer area.

Property and inside was just well worn. It was clean but was not in the best shape. Staff was nice but when the a/c dis not work and had to threaten to leave to get them to act. The wxcuse was that the a/c only works when someone was in the room but it was clearly blowing warm air. Nothing worse after a 90⁰ ballgame than a hot room. I had everything packed and was walking out when the front desk decided maybe another room was in order. This room was 74⁰ but the a/c was clearly working. This is a company issue trying to save a dollar here and there.
