It was a good day. Not very special but comfortable. The rooms are not that new and the lobby smelled a bit damp. All in all, it was a good place to stay
The hotel has an awful smell when you walk in. The room was dirty, dog food on the floor, felt like we we being bitten by bugs. Shower was dirty. Only 2 towels were provided due to “towel shortage” we did not stay for more than 30 minutes before we walked out.

A/C was automated & controlled by hotel. TV stand was huge & should be removed.
The front desk staff was friendly. I didn't expect anything out of the ordinary from such a cheap hotel, but I didn't expect it to be so dirty. The carpet was very dirty, it hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. There were stains on the bed and I asked to replace it. The furniture and walls were very dirty. Breakfast was very limited. Milk, coffee, orange juice and apples ran out. I had to ask for something to be brought every time. I don't recommend this hotel.
This place needs lots of renovations. The pool was green and foamy, the room looked like it had water damage at some point. The bedding was stained. the whole building smelled. Will not go back.
Our check in process wasn’t horrible, it was just lack of communication from the desk worker. I put a card on file to charge the room to and instead they charged my credit card for incidentals(hold) (which was expected) but also charged my credit card for the room which was not the card I had on file for the room.
The pool was bubbly so we didn’t use it because it didn’t look sanitary
The breakfast was poor
The room was bearable, but there were baseboards falling off walls, and furniture broken, plus a hole in the inner curtains. Just a lot of discomfort in an area that’s known for comfortability and hospitality in their hotel industry.

I was there for 4 nights and they did not clean my room not one time. I had to ask them for towels. I asked them to clean the room they said they would but didn't.
Staff was extremely friendly anf anything I needed they were more than willing to assist. I wish I knew their names. They were so kind to me during a very rough time and I will be forever grateful for my stay here at this location
