The only hiccup I had was they accidentally checked in another person shortly after I was in my room. I think it was the clerk’s first day. Good thing I was standing by the door when he entered.

La atención del staff fue excelente, especialmente los del restaurantes. Lo que no me gustó fue la dificultad de conseguir transporter y que cuando regresé a las 2:00 am de la mañana las luces en la entrada y lobby del hotel estaban apagadas y daban una sendación de inseguridaf, a pesar de que estaba un seguridad en la puerta.

The Sand Diamond Hotel is a very nice facilities. Service and the staff were excellent. The breakfasts were outstanding, a daily new menu made it interesting and appetizing a mixtures of local and international cosine. My room had a leaky toilets bowl after the first sleepless night, was repaired, the next nightthe same after 2 sleepless nights i was transfed to another room. I was not happy!

Not bad Location if you plan on going to the Free Zone. Breakfast was exceptional for the 2 days I spent there, however the coffee isnt free good by Panamanian standards.

The room that I stayed in the mirror was cracked, under the sink had some black build up, the pillows were dirty, like sweat from other people. The side of the door to the room was missing a piece of wood. The toilet got clogged up. The toilets in the lobby were not the best but the staff were awesome, respectful & friendly.
