Great location and wonderful experience! The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. One minor issue was that the body wash was missing on our first day, but the team corrected it promptly the next morning. We will certainly stay here again!

Such a unique hotel built within an old perfume factory in a great location. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus Metro and trams stops to get into Central Milan close by. The staff were universally helpful and seemed genuinely really happy to help you with any queries or requests for help. The hotel itself was spotless and, as you might expect, the atmosphere was infused with wonderful fragrances. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the rooftop LabSolue Bar was a great place to be wowed with some beautifully conceived cocktails that paid homage to the former perfumery.

This hotel is amazing, staff were fantastic and friendly and rooms were very spacious, it's such a lively atmosphere amd the food was fabulous Definitely will be returning
