The 2 front desk people were awesome. The kitchen staff was friendly & helpful. Room's were clean, but on the small side. Not enough space for 4 people & suitcases. Almost enough space for 3 people.

Absolutely wonderful

Wow! Just wow! I travel A LOT and I was beyond impressed by this hotel! The staff were amazing, the location was perfect, the pool was wonderful and warm and the breakfast was very yummy! If you are looking for a place for while you’re visiting Ft. Jackson or are in this area for any reason at all you should definitely stay here!

Convenient stay

Staff was very polite and helpful. The shower head was excellent, lol. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but doable for a 1-2 night stay. Breakfast was done very well as well.

We were waiting at the front desk over 10 minutes to check in. 11pm. Front desk lady was helping guests in front of us, but absolutely no acknowledgement we are waiting right next. No hello, nothing. Very poor customer service. Other than that pretty good place. Rusty bath tub, but clean overall. Decent breakfast

overall, the hotel was really nice and the staff was even nicer but when I got into my room, I found a dirty washcloth with curly hair on it hanging in the shower and I was woke up at 6 AM by a car alarm continuously going off. I understand the hotel does not have control over that, but the washcloth was an honest but nasty mistake. Overall i would stay here again if i was in the area. Thank you
