Nice little Inn with good parking close too shops and restaurants.

I had discussed a3:00 check in and had a text back advising my room would be ready as my travel partner had an appt at 3:30. Room was not ready making her late for her appointment

We arrived at 12:30 AM. The after hours doorbell did not work so I had to pound on the glass for a few minutes to get the attendant’s attention. The first key we were given did not work and I had to go back, pound on the door, get the attendant’s attention again and get a new key. The room dead bolt extended when the door was open and would not go back in unless it was manual turned from inside the room with the door closed. If I left the room, with no one inside, the door was blocked open by the dead bolt. The card key did not deactivate the lock. Not good room security The shower diverter valve did not work so no shower. I informed the on duty manager the next morning when we checked out. He came to the room and verified my above complaints. I asked for a discount due to the issues we had. I was told I would receive a call from Expedia because that was how we booked the room. I have heard nothing back and I suspect that was probably incorrect information I would be reluctant to recommend this accommodation.

An amazing place to get away to golf or just relax. Food is great and has great variety, complimented by the wine and sprit selections. The quietness was the first thing that hit us, sitting in the chairs at the fire pit, watching the sunset , provided the ambience we were looking for

We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

Spent a lot to stay at this resort. They were still cleaning my room at 3:45pm When check-in is 4. Got the room, power went out for the entire resort around 9pm. There was limited updates, still no power the next morning. Told they had no idea when power would be back. Everything was closed and shut down. We decided to play it safe and tried to check out a day early and head home. The front desk told us we would get a refund for that night and would put a note on file. Found out power wasn’t restored until the following day at 6am… if we would have stayed we would have had no power, no hot water, no food for our entire stay. Then just found out they are not offering refunds for the day we left early. Shame on copperpoint resort. I will not go back there

Stayed for one night Room was very clean, bed could use an upgrade as it was quite firm Staff was helpful and pleasant
