The staff, every single one of them, were AMAZING! helpful and very personable. Location was unbeatable. Central and walkable.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay in a fantastic location. There was a little difficulty at check-in due to the language barrier, which made the beginning slightly stressful. Our family of five stayed on the third floor. The staircase is very narrow and steep, so carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. Having only one key for five people was also very inconvenient. Apart from this, the apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a large fridge and plenty of storage. The only issue was that the extractor hood was not working. The location is excellent. Restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few steps away. Most importantly for us, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was perfect for our pilgrimage. TIP FOR DRIVERS: Park at Parking Plaza España / Puerta Cinegia. Vehicle entrance: C. del Coso, 45, Zaragoza. It is very close to the apartment. I recommend driving directly there instead of trying to access the apartment by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. ❤️

The hotel is in an excellent location, just one block from Plaza del Pilar. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offers paid parking, which is very convenient. Our room had a beautiful view of the cathedral and the plaza. Everything was lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Terrific location and walkable to see the beautiful historic city. The unit was spacious and as advertised. Check in assistance was responsive and courteous.

The facility overall was very nice. Our room however was very odd. Like it was extra space that needed to be made into a room. There was a huge “L” shaped sofa that was horribly uncomfortable, way too deep to sit in. Had there been lots of pillows it would have been usable. There was a long desk to offset the sofa but just one little chair for the whole space. Two nice size windows for light but nothing to look at. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and there morning buffets was excellent!
