Shuttle left me standing at the airport for 44 minutes. Terrible. One water bottle in room. Had to get dressed and go buy more water. No hot water in the bathroom sink.

This hotel is always a pleasure to be. It’s close to Plaza Mayor, walkable and with many stores I needed during my trip. The food is great, the staff very friendly. I will continue selecting this in my future trips to Leon
