We like the property in general but we booked a ground floor king bed room and there were at least six stairs into the building and in the room there are stairs from the main level down to the bathroom which is unsafe in the dark.

We enjoyed our room and it was quite spacious. Site has some age to it but is well-maintained. The breakfast was appreciated although some staff kept the doors open for the lobby and made the space freezing some mornings. Loved the sushi restaurant on site and went there a couple of times. Downtown Comox is a reasonably short walk away as is the marina.

When I booked this room I assumed it was $99/night. However when I was billed for this room it was in US $ which made the cost almost double. It should be stated that the funds are US at the beginning.
