Expensive for what you get

This is a decent place to stay but, wow, they just gouge the customers during the summer months. Close to $200 a night for very basic motel.

Booked suite and a room June 24 for August 2 stay. Arrived at hotel and told suite wasn’t available. Two other rooms were given. The single room that was booked was “cancelled” and then provided at a discount - but zero credit for stay with hotels.ca. All very stressful and bizarre. Awaiting credit for stay “cancelled” by hotel.

Need to be careful with housekeeping

The hotel was nice and staff friendly. Our room was great and spacious but unfortunately housekeeping preparation waa terrible. Bed sheets full of blood garbage can aa well, pillows. Managee was veey helpful an apologize on their behalf. Change all the bed sheets and clean. Besides that housekeeping need to be on top, fridge must be 100% clean ans this wasn't. I would be extra careful with that. Othee than that everything waa good.

I hadn't stayed in the Comox area before, and had always stayed over in Courtney, but this location was even better for the getting to and from the Aquatic Centre than downtown Courtney. The suite we had was everything we could ask for, and was very quiet. The Sushi Wara restaurant attached to the hotel was absolutely fabulous !!!
