This is a nice hotel. It is not particularly close to The Woodlands but not too far either. I have to say that I have. not been in a hotel room with so few electrical outlets. There were none bedside which would allow recharging of phones and tablets. Otherwise, it met my expectations

Very comfortable beds. Room and common areas of hotel were very clean. Breakfast was good and it’s always nice when it’s included. Pool area was clean and quiet and relaxing. There is lots of shopping and dining nearby and it’s right off of I-45. Getting around that area can be confusing though with needing to take U turns, etc. but that is not the hotel’s fault. Everyone was so friendly. Wish I could have stayed longer and got another awesome night of sleep in that amazing bed!

The proper is conveniently located in the very heart of The Woodlands/Shenandoah area. So many stores and restaurants option. The area is very safe and kept clean. The inside of the property, including the amenities room, waiting lounge, rooms are absolutely amazing. I will definitely recommend it.

The A/C sounds like a helicopter landing next door and kept me up most of the night. It was horrible. Not sure if its like that in most rooms but the front desk knew exactly what I was talking about, so I'm assuming they've had similar complaints about the noise. There were also dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guests.

Great hotel
This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and it had a great location, tucked back away from the freeway but still within a 5-10 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Only complaint was the free breakfast could have been better. Would definitely stay there again.
