Good service as always. I have been coming several times to Seville and always stay here. Sadly we were too late to use the jacuzzi but the rooftop terrace was lovely

Central location to explore the city.

We stayed in the Penthouse with Terrace. It was a great space with rooftop views over the city. Everything we needed, wonderfully split between the different rooms - bedroom, bathroom, lounge / diner / kitchen. Location is great - under a 10 minute stroll to the cathedral, with so many options to choose from to eat and drink. Checkout time of 11am was fine, as they looked after our bags until we had to head off at 1430 (note the latest they could hold them until is 1500). My best recommendation is that we would absolutely choose to stay there again if/when we revisit Seville!

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

This place was in an excellent location. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Loved it and highly recommend. Beautiful views from rooftop.

Lovely stay, Ana was very helpful. Close to everything and very quiet.
