The overall experience is great, I was very happy with my stay.

We had a mix up with our room on the first night. The amazing staff worked to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Staff are incredible!! The breakfast at the hotel is plentiful and has every conceivable option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful, the only thing that we did not like was how big the outside porch was. We sat out anyways. Also when I wet to iron my dress, I pressed the steam button and rust came out it did ruin my dress. The iron looked new. So who would have known. Everything else was picture perfect. I’m so glad I found this place. Would highly recommend it

Good alternative to the campus dorm where I was booked for a U of Toronto Classical Pursuits week. Ice machine is located in the basement and up and down steps- not convenient. The ac did not really cool the living room much less the bedroom. I asked about no air in the bedroom and they brought a fan. Good bed and was comfortable. Cleaning daily if you wish. I left a tip for cleaner. Not easy and welcoming to find the indoor pool. Lots of wasted space on the main floor - One lobby plus another used for nothing. Coffee room is useless. Could be a money making bar that mad real coffee- poor use of space. Had a balcony to which I had no key - probably good because it was inhabited by pigeons and lots of poop. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very kind, and the room was spotless, located in a lovely neighborhood that made us feel welcome.
