Great hotel and great location to explore!

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Great location. Easy to walk to many must see locations in Sevilla, yet was on a quiet street. Would definitely stay again.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels that we have ever stayed in, it was a 13th century palace turned into a hotel with only @14 rooms. The governess, the front office staff especially Jade and Gonzalo, with the food staff made it a truly magical experience. The hotel is like visiting a museum with beautiful art pieces and every room being different. The location was incredible and they really took care of you as if you were family and were staying in your own home. We will definitely be visiting Sevilla again and staying here again, hopefully sooner than later.

The hotel was amazing, a massive thankyou to all the staff who were so helpful and accommodating from breakfast and bar staff to reception to room service. We had the terrace room on the 4th floor which was absolutely worth every penny ! The fridge was replenishing everyday with complimentary drinks and complementary drinks between 4pm -7.30pm around the pool. The hotel is central to all sights . We took advantage of the hotel free cycle hire which was great fun. Will definitely return !

Our stay at this hotel in Seville was exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything Seville has to offer. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The concierge and valet team were outstanding, always going above and beyond to help with recommendations, transport, and ensuring our stay was seamless. The bar staff were fantastic—warm, attentive, and always happy to make recommendations. The breakfast team also deserves special praise for their excellent service and the quality and variety of the food each morning. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and spotless, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the high standard of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it represented excellent value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. We would happily stay here again.

Location and boutique feel to the property. Everything was walkable, and many wonderful restaurants close by. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
