The room was modern and contemporary. The Aircon worked well and the shower was excellent with hot water. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff are very accommodating and helpful the room is very spacious and always maintained the cleanliness. breakfast has variety of unlimited food from 6am till 10am.

Do not mistake the Express part of the resort for the Gardens part. Our Express room did not have a refrigerator, or even a kettle. It was of poor grade. The room kept falling apart. Even getting thru the resort to the Express building is difficult. The entire resort closed it's dining room for all lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly. No restraunts nor stores within walking distance.

The spot to stay in both El Nido and Coron. Locations are ideal and beautiful, well kept with top notch hospitality. El Nido’s location is a quick minute walk into town center where you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view during your meals or just a long walk on the beach. Coron’s location has beautiful scenic views, great buffet and a rooftop bar that will compete with the best of them.

Terrible place to stay and badly managed!!

First off , the staff.. so so amazing. I had gotten food poisoning from a tour I did, and they were so helpful keeping me hydrated and had tablets to let me enjoy my vacation. The food options were great, many options. This can just be your stay without ever visiting town. The view was jaw dropping everyday. Aircon was strong , even had to turn it off it got so cold. Room was well kept , and no issues with mosquitos unless you kept door open. Cons might be the cost of getting into town, cost 2.5k per way. So plan for that cost as fuel prices are taking a toll on transport. Also there is a 22 percent tax on all food, but the prices of food are cheap enough that you don’t notice. The complaints I see online don’t seem fair. They are very misguided. This is a five star stay. They have great activities , and amazing amazing spa. Only $15 for the top massage for 2 hours and scrub. I will stay here again, only difference is I’ll rent a car as you are hour outside of coron town.

This is far from the city so I booked this place after spending 2 days in downtown. The cottages are very private but so inconvenient if you want to go to the pool. It was a hike to get to the pool, also, unfortunately we had a post op family member, so she was not able to go. The pool was not maintained, paint in the pool was chipping and the water was murky. It was dirty(green), The post did not mention that the beach in their location was not swimmable. I was told I have to rent a boat to get to a swimmable beach area nearby. Ok so that was disappointing because I thought this was a beachfront hotel that you can actually swim on the beach onsite. Our cottage did not have a fridge which was not mentioned in their amenities, but you cannot even use the stove because there were no pots and pans to warm leftovers. This place needs a lot of improvements. The staff was exceptional of course. Filipino hospitality is one of the best in the world! We availed the in-room massage, that was the only best thing in our stay. The view was nice from our balcony and the living area but quite honestly, I don't think the price I paid was worth it. I hope my post will help future travelers.
