I stayed at this resort with my family( 2 children) for 3 days and 2 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The buffet food did not taste good, and it upset my stomach. I also tried to make a reservation at one of the restaurants that was included in our all-inclusive package. The first time I asked, I was told to come back the next day. When I returned, I was informed that because we were only staying for 2 nights, there were no restaurant reservations available for us. That was frustrating, especially since those restaurants were supposed to be included in what we paid for. On our last morning, there was no water in our room. We couldn't take a shower, brush our teeth, or even flush the toilet, which was very inconvenient. I do want to recognize that some of the staff were kind and welcoming, especially the woman who cleaned our room. However, some other employees seemed more focused on receiving tips than on providing good customer service. Overall, I expected a much better experience and was disappointed by the food, the lack of access to the included restaurants, and the water outage.

I never reviewed a resort before as I never been that disappointed. If I could put 0 star I would. I made a reservation at this resort for 3 people, my husband my 14 years old daughter and me, for a 7 nights vacations so I booked a room with two queen beds. They had overbooked the hotel and the only room left was a 1 bedroom. Until 11pm they told me that they were going to put an extra bed for my daughter and that the next day they will switch us room so we were like ok but then they did not had any extra bed! So we finally slept at 3 adults in 1 bed! No excuses, nothing. We left the day after and get refund from Expedia for the 6 remaining nights and we booked another resort. by the way this is not a 4 stars resort, everything is old, outdated, broken, the buffet sucks.

Terrible experience!Nothing speaks Presidential Or VIP! This place lacks entertainment,internet(worst wifi ever), food selection and customer service when it comes to accommodating! We had an emergency in the kids room due to a big water leak and were told they be moved to a 1st floor in building were we were by 3:30pm. When I went they had a room ready in total opposite side and far from us. So i was told to go back later so they could accomodate in our building. It was 5:27pm and they had another excuse and that a new room in our building and 1st floor was free but was being cleaned. I got upset and left to my room and requested later the manager who came with another story that they had the room ready but in the 2nd floor. Lies after lies! She was non sympathetic to the situation nor went out her way to accommodate the situation. Not even offer a credit nor apology when it was her staff's mistake! She will accommodate english only speaking people! I requested a higher up manager and she said no one was available. Next day no other manager came and apologized. This place has the wrong name! Only friendly people are Eddy at bar and other bar staff, Felix Sanchez and Aneudy at bell boys and Jennifer in restaurant reservations. But that manager lady sucks! And reception people are friendly but are lost! They do nothing to accomodate your requests. I do recall a rep she has curly hair and light eyes who did make one accomodation. Other than that this place sucks!

Very peaceful, very organized, very clean and the staff is great

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. La limpieza del cuarto fue terrible y el baño siempre tenía mal olor. Los aires acondicionados no enfriaban bien, lo que hizo la estadía bastante incómoda. En el buffet, la mayoría del personal atendía con mala actitud y parecía molesto, por lo que el servicio dejó mucho que desear. La comida sí estuvo buena, ese fue uno de los pocos aspectos positivos. En la piscina, cuando se acababan las bebidas, no las reponían y al final tuvimos que pagar un upgrade para obtener una habitación con un aire acondicionado que funcionara mejor. En general, esperaba una experiencia mucho mejor.
