The hotel in a whole was good, the rooms 4 star but the food and amenities I wouldn’t say are on par. Everything was clean but the food was very samey and bland and trying to do too many things at once instead of a theme each night very well. Overall it was a good stay the entertainment was good just the food and amenities could use with some jazzing up.

Amazing staff, nice place, not bad food, horrible coffee

Nice spacious room with good bathroom, all very clean. Good range of food which was different every day we stayed, also very suitable for kids. Very tasty dishes and plenty to try. Drinks available on AI were also good. Splash pools good for kids, varied sizes of slides. Only issue was the 'reserving' of sunbeds for hours on end - people put towels etc out at breakfast then not seen for hours and there was none available for us normal people that hadn't done that. Good entertainment but probably aimed at younger kids (except pool games) so teen less interested that little ones

Hotel was lovely and so were the staff, just needs more entertainment in day music at the pool would of been great apart from that our stay was excellent.

Staff were good Food was good Animation team were very good and evening shows were very good. Lots of acrobatics and magic. Room make up service was ok but felt rushed Gym equipment could be updated Overall good family hotel.
