Great base hotel for family ski weekend. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Pool area seems to have been recently refreshed and in good condition for a highly busy area of the hotel. Hotel breakfast nothing fancy but good enough to get early start to the day.

This hotel is family friendly. Breakfast is included which is great. Maybe some different meat options would be great instead of the same sausages patty and sausage every day (we stayed 6 nights). The pool is clean but the walls seems like they were in the process of being re-painted. The change room shampoo was replaced but they placed them on the floor rather than re-filling the wall dispensers. Service was overall good but when we were checking out the housekeeper rudely said to my partner and child “go, just get out” in a tone that made them feel unwelcome and like we were some sort of burden. Yes, there are 6 of us and we have 4 kids but this seems like the demographic of the hotel. There were tons of kids and snowboarders/skiers so cleaning rooms that accommodate families should be part of the job description….no? The front desk staff were generally very helpful and friendly, but when I asked about some clarifications on the bill regarding laundry the person I asked seemed irritated that I asked. I still recommend this hotel because it’s clean, staff are generally friendly, it’s walking distance to a movie theatre and downtown and a short drive to Mount Washington.
