The elevator was not working, the room just did not seem to get cool enough, the bathtub was filthy and slippery which is not safe, and the walls/ceilings were paper thin. My upstairs neighbor was walking heavily all night and I was only able to get 3 hours of sleep because of it. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is 4 minutes from the airport, that much is good. The night manager Ronald is wonderful, very helpful. Unfortunately this is one of the most poorly kept hotels I've seen in years. The elevator was not working and we were in the 3rd floor. The carpets were very old and were separating from the door threshold. The push bar on the stairwell door was falling off. Very poor condition. We were not able to check on for 15 minutes because the person doing check in also drives the shuttle.

This clearly is an older hotel since it generally needs updating in areas. For example my bathroom was clean but the tub had no remaining porcelain. The lobby was pleasant with a spacious breakfast area. No housekeeping was done in my room for my three night stay - I didn’t mind about the bed not being made but would have liked my trash emptied. A breakfast was offered but compared to what I’ve had at other hotels it was mediocre. A definite plus was it being about 3 minutes from the airport. The check in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. Based on the pricing and location it was reasonable.

This place was terrible. To start with, I had called this comfort inn before I reserved the rooms to see if I could park my car in their lot while we were on our family vacation. They told me that I could and seven days were included with my room, we had reserved two rooms. I called again the morning of our stay and I spoke to a very rude man who informed me that I could not keep the car there unless I had signed up to do so on the choice website. He told me it was too late to do it as a complementary parking so he charged me $120 to park there for 12 days, nobody told me that that would be the case. When we got to the rooms, They were nasty. The carpet was moist and the tile floors as you walk in the rooms were slippery and greasy. The rooms smelled like mildew, and the place was very noisy. I will never stay a comfort inn again.

The property outside and lobby were clean the front desk staff were great. The bathroom in our room was dirty and the tub was stopped up. They fixed the bathtub but was told we had to ask for our room to cleaned??? The tub was disgusting. I ask for supplies and cleaned it myself.

Will not hold luggage or allow early checkin without a $25 fee. If making the reservation thru Expedia you can not add vehicle information at checkin; can park vehicle onsite for 7 days without additional fees if preregistered. Room was decent the mattress caused the wife and I to meet at the slope in the middle. Will find somewhere else to stay next time in Cincinnati.

We were forced to layover in Cincinnati due to inclement weather. We had no time to research nearby hotels, but we were very pleasantly surprised and happy with our decision to stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was timely transportation to the airport that was included as well as breakfast. For the money, you can't beat it! I recommend.
