My stay was great. However, the staff at the front desk needs to be more attentive to guests. I had an issue with the tv in my room. I called the front desk first and no one answered. I mentioned it to the front desk the first time and they told me to just unplug the tv and plug it back up and it should work. It didn’t. The last straw was calling the front desk to send someone up to look at it and they never came up. I also hate the fact you have to swipe your card to use the elevator. Its a nuisance and seems like it could be a safety hazard in the future.

The staff at the front desk were so helpful. I was here on a work trip but happen to be in town for BLINK. They were so helpful giving me info on this event. This property was clean, safe and so many great options for dining or my morning coffee within walking distance, it really was so convenient with great views just outside of my room and the hotel gym. I would come back and stay again

The customer service rep at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She offered to check us in hours early, which was great after a rough experience the night before. She also remembered us the following morning and made small talk with us. The people here were all great, as was the facility!
