This place is very well equipped and staffed. While we didn’t use the pool, it was very nice. Beds were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms.

We stayed the night before a trip to Florida. We chose this particular hotel for the price, proximity to the airport, and it was the only hotel with a room for 5 that also included free shuttle to the airport. At check-in there was only one individual working, (no fault of her own) and even though she was working solo she managed to take care of a large crowd of individuals awaiting their room keys for the evening. If it was me I would have been flustered but she was great. Our room was relatively tidy, but the arms on one of the chairs was fairly dirty-which I simply covered with a towel on each arm rest. Other than that it was great. In the morning the gal at the front desk seemed to be handling the front desk AND the shuttle so she deserves a raise! I didn’t pay close attention at check in but she might have been the same lady running the front desk solo the night before. Other than the arm rests the room was clean.

Overall very nice. Does the job perfectly, great coffee, quiet, comfortable bed, clean pool and the included breakfast buffet is full of fresh breads, and pastries. A waffle station (you make your own) fruit, yogurt, eggs bacon or sausage, milk, different juices.

We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel was quiet, the bed was super comfortable, the shower heated quickly and had good pressure, and it was nice having hot options for breakfast. A few suggestions: It would have been appreciated to be greeted by staff upon arrival (we waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged) and to be thanked at check out. Also, the small storage room with the door standing open, light on, with toilet plungers and clothes hangers strewn about was off-putting every time we passed by it heading to and from our room (second floor). Overall, the stay was a good one and we would recommend this hotel. It is about a 10 minute drive to the airport, which was very convenient!

The check in guy was rude. The reason we stayed was so we could be right by the airport for a 5 a.m. flight, and not have to get up so early as we live over and hour away. At 1130 at night the front desk guy came banging on our door waking everyone up, he said something about he assigned the rooms wrong. Then just walked off. When I called down to the desk he said he figured it out. I’m not sure what he wanted or what he was doing but it defeated the purpose of even staying because then it was hard to go back to sleep after that. The whole thing was weird.
