The hotel room is clean. I like that they replace our towels and empty our trash every day. Breakfast is included. They have a small gym and an indoor pool. It is close to the airport and provides an airport shuttle. The staff is polite and generally nice. They are considerate about our request to checkout a little bit later than the checkout time.

Donna at the front desk was wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. We asked for an extra blanket for the 85 year old. She sent one up to our room right away and told us we could find another one in the top of the closet. The kitchen staff was nice and most of the staff we met in the halls were friendly. One man who brought us towels said "no English" but was nice and accomplished what we needed done. The grounds looked very nice. The lobby and breakfast area were nice and clean.

Came in at 5pm. Front desk was hard to communicate with and wouldn't extend my check out to noon instead of 11am as I had a meeting that ran from 10am to 11:30am. Needless to say, I had to deal with my luggage because they had to clean the room at 11. The same room that I received with nail clipping next to the bed AFTER it has been cleaned. Been to many hampton inn locations. This was the worst.
