We didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak to that, the location is great to heritage bank and restaurants in town but there was a concert going on at an outdoor venue right outside our window and it just never seemed to stop. It made for a long night and we weren’t happy about that

Clean, family friendly stay in a great location

This was a wonderful stay, the staff was all friendly and kept everything safe, clean, and relaxing. This was our little one’s first stay in a hotel and I was so pleased with the entire experience. (Despite the fire alarm/evacuation on our first night, and she already has a fear of fire alarms…) but that couldn’t be helped, and she still had a great first trip to a hotel. There were breakfast options fo everyone, including fruit, yogurt, fresh made waffles, cereal, hot items like meats and eggs, and oatmeal. Close to amenties. Walk to Newport Aquarium.

Expedia actually messed up the booking date but Heather at the property resolved the issue at no additional cost or hassle.Checkin was seamless after a long drive and the room was clean and well stocked. The pool area was nice and accesible until 10 pm. And the parking was ample. I was a little disappointed by the continental breakfast as options were limited but it was sufficient. I will stay again.

We checked in late in the evening, and the front desk staff was very helpful in recommending a delivery choice for dinner. Our room was wonderful. Breakfast was definitely the downfall of the trip, but the hospitality staff was amazing.
