The front desk staff at my check in was rude, condescending and unprofessional. The coffee pot in my room didnt work, the lady at breakfast was rude. It was incredibly noisy. Would NOT stay here again.

It was amazing the staff were phenomenal we walked to eat and caught in a terrential storm came back in soaked with our 6 year old the gentleman that works at night grab us towels immediately and said if we needed anything let him know it was the best stay ever the kindness of your employees made our stay the best ever

I’ve stayed here a few times when I’m in Cincinnati. Good location. The staff was a little less cordial this time but not terrible. I was surprised they charge for parking now. I guess I missed the fine print.

Loved how close it was to the Reds Ball diamond. We had an amazing view of Cincinnati. Area was very walkable with restaurants nearby as well. Staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly.

You need to re train your staff to not announce the room number of a woman traveling alone who checks in late at night? What’s also the point of being a Hilton honors member and pre selecting my room only to be told it’s been changed?
