I'm disappointed in the holiday inn. The key system was down and needed the front desk to manually open doors. And the hotel was sold out, so checking in was a nightmare. There was a wait to get escorted to the room. It was an inconvenience

From the moment we checked in we were told that the room we had reserved was not available. Also acted like she was doing us a favor by offering us another room since they were sold out. The air conditioner did not work, told the front desk, basically nothing they could do nothing since it was sold out. Blamed Expedia for all the problems but I have never had a bad experience with booking thru Expedia.

Holiday Inn was nice. 1 mile walk to Paycor stadium and down Cincinnati a few minutes walk further. There was a gym. Equipment was fine just lacked a range of lower denomination free weights (only had 25, 35, 40 and 45lbs).
