We were told on arrival that none of the side entrances worked. Only 1 was broken. The push bar was completely gone from the stairs door on the first level. The room was dirty (including food in the space between head of bed and the wall) equipment in the pool was rusty

We were on a family trip to Cincinnati. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Check in was seamless, there were several hot breakfast options to choose from, and the area was quiet. Public transit even passed by and could take you to most sites in the city. Convenient location, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend.

I had to share a bed with my girlfriend which was an uncomfortable evening sleep. Trying not to move or make any sounds. They didn’t have any rooms with two beds that I reserved.

The 1st room we were given was not clean, the 2nd room we were given was not clean, the 3rd room we were given had ac issues, so we had to wait until house keeping cleaned the 1st room and she left dirty towels over the shower curtain, lastly I left my birthday gift and someone stole it!

I had an amazing stay. I consider myself as a tab bit ocd and this hotel made me feel very much comfortable. It was very clean. I looove ice and they had a machine on every floor. I wld def come back to this hotwl again amd again!

It was wonderful. The pool could have been warmer, it felt like it was about 60°. The toilet didn't seem to want to flush properly either
