Reserved the premium king city view with balcony. Changed rooms 3 times trying to find a room that had somewhere to sit and not just a bed. Who would have thought a premium room would not have a place to sit. What does everyone do. Sit on the bed the whole time. We are older and cannot do that. Ridiculous you would even think guests would not like a place to sit. Never again. The staff did their best to find us a room with a couch or chair. They couldn’t so we left and was given a refund. If you like only having a choice to sit on the bed, this is the place for you. Unbelievable. Premium room? OMG.

I loved the view and how kind the staff were, my only complaints are that 3 of the 4 outlets by the bed were finicky at best and the sink water pressure was very on or off, but it was a comfortable and clean stay :) As someone with a lowered and bright pink art car, I was worried that something would happen to my car especially since I was too low to enter the garage, but all went perfectly well night after night. The breakfast was delicious and delivered as requested, and overall it was a wonderful time, this has been and still is my go-to hotel for my Cinci/NKY trips :)

This place is terrible. Don’t go. I’m still (12 days) after my stay trying to get the incidental's charge back. For two rooms that is $100. Staff is rude unhelpful. Dinning options, what dining options. Rooms smell weird. I could go on. It was a bucket list idea to stay here. Since I was little coming over the bridge I would see this hotel and I always wanted to stay here. Worst experience with a hotel in my life.

We had a Giant Cockroach in our hotel room. Absolutely filthy. The hotel staff did nothing about all the rif raff that was in the pool. There was 17 unsupervised kids fighting and being loud. My kids couldn’t even enjoy the stay.

The bathroom was dirty; the tub was filthy. HVAC was out of whack. Noise from was awful and hallways smelled of marijuana.

The location of the property was ok. What let it down was the proximity to freeways that had a lot of traffic on them, all night. The property itself is aged and needs renovating. Double glazed, or more, windows to keep out noise. Also, I went to get breakfast 15 min before it was scheduled to finish and no staff were around. An average experience at best.

Birthday trip

I had requested a special room during booking for my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived for check-in I mentioned it to Cory about my online request to see if it was an option he checked and was nice enough to put us in an accommodating room. We were on 17th floor over looking Cincinnati. The room was nice the view amazing. My daughter played in the pool for hours with other kids. An attendant came several times to make sure clean towels were stocked for pool area. Everyone was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Was checked into the wrong room that had someone else’s stuff in it. Had to wait until that was fixed then checked into another room the card wouldn’t work. Then the sink wouldn’t drain. Maintenance never came to fix it just took the stopper out. Went to locate an ice machine and vending. Front desk woman was asking the younger lady at the front desk if she had a problem and was being so mean to her. Then the same older front desk lady was yelling at a guest who was upset the vending machine was empty. I asked that same lady when she got done being rude to the guest where the ice machine was and if there were vending on any other floor. She named off like 4 floors with vending machines for drinks. I went to all of them but never found any vending machines. She had even listed my floor as one of them however I opened every door that wasn’t a hotel room and no vending machines. Then the cops were downstairs asking if we were on the 12th floor I said no and they said oh you should be okay then. My friend was with me said the older front desk lady was really rude to her as well. The heat unit in our room had the filters sticking out and was not very clean, the light fixture was broken and taped together, and was filthy. The pool is not heated or maybe the heating doesn’t work. The bedding had yellow stains on it when we got there in several spots. The night stand by the bed was slated so if you put anything on it, it just slides off. The younger lady that checked us in was nice!
