The property was under renovation at this time. The breakfast buffet is minimal. The rooms were clean, and the restaurant staff were pleasant and attentive. The pool is a basic pool with long hours. The beds are not for people for bad backs. But lots of hot water.

The staff was friendly. I was disappointed to find a cockroach in the indoor pool and was a little confused about not having a shuttle available to take us to local attractions. They said they did not have a shuttle, but 2 were parked in the lot. I think they meant they did not have a driver, but when I booked the room, I was under the impression that shuttle service to the ball game would be available.

Very good stay!

I had a very good stay. Hotel is a short distance from Great American Ballpark and easily accessible via the bus service that runs connects Cincinnati and Covington. Room is nice, clean, and beds comfortable. Many dining options in the immediate area.

We had a wonderful time for our 1-year anniversary. The room was very spacious and we had a balcony. I was very pleased with everything. The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that they did not accept cash. My husband is a firm believer in cash and he does not like banks. We almost always pay with cash everywhere we go. We should have been notified about that long before the day of so we could have prepared for that. I was just lucky that my bank allowed overdraft and I was able to rush to a bank on Saturday morning 30min away to put the money back in my account before being charged. That was very inconvenient for us because we was on vacation.

Says it is an excellent hotel when in reality it was a nightmare.. first night we checked in at midnight and the room the beds were used not cleaned properly it stunk then they switched rooms and didn’t do what they said they would then following day again we had the room everything was awful most terrible experience ever I will never go there again everything was suppose to be a hotel instead it felt like I was at a ram up motel 6 everything was awful change their rating false advertising

Not what we expected

The hotel is older, so the finishings are not clean. We had a towel rack pulling off the wall. Shower is small and we thought we were going to fall thru with the curve in the floor. Bed was so very hard, and felt it all day. We were on the highway side which was very loud at night even though during the day it didn’t seem like it was. The Fifth bar/ restaurant downstairs had good food, and the best bartender. She was so nice and helpful! Would have like to try the roof restaurant, but I don’t think we will be back to stay.
