The location is excellent, the problem it is very noisy in the evening until pass midnight. It is a Pub near to the room window with loudly music and people until 1 am

Superb location right on the water downtown. We could not have found a better hotel to view the activities on the harbour from our balcony. Plus, it was right next to one of the streets with a dedicated bicycle lane. The staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. Minor note: occasional jet fuel smell from the seaplanes when taxing to the wharfs.

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was spotless and the ongoing care was top notch. The staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. The gym is fully equipped and the spa is absolutely lovely. It’s a great location. The restaurant The Courtney Room was fantastic. It’s a warm and welcoming hotel. Quiet with high end touches. Would definitely return.

Great location and excellent hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Only criticism would be the threat of not loading/utilising the dishwasher with any dirty dishes resulting in a $150 fine. We are very clean people but this felt a bit extreme and made us paranoid about not cleaning the room enough before checking out.

Everything is great! It’s just the smell of the old carpet.
