Low cost hotel in the heart of Cranbrook. The room was very nice and very spacious. It was exactly what I was looking for in a quick one-night stay. There's a few restaurants nearby and the mall/movie theater is about a 10-15 walk up the street.

The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, i would never stay with them again. The bedding in my room was dirty, the tub seemed to not be scrubbed and it smelled and the sink in the bathroom was not draining properly. To top it off, i put the do not disturb sign on my room door so no one would be coming in and they still came in. They took all the towels but did not replace them and they also did not take out anu garbage and we were left woth out trash out whole stay. I wpild rather pay an extra 100 a night then ever stay here again.

When checked in , the guy at desk was very nice and helpful. Listened to me and when finished check8ng in, asked if anything else was required. When checked out. Older guy was busy buf blunt and short to me. Said just put room card on counter, and back to what he was doing. Only downer about stay
