This is a lovely setting, beautifully decorated for Christmas. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was great, comfortable bed and good shower. Would be nice if the bathroom was heated, as floor was cold, but otherwise well-appointed. Food was good, especially the hot buffet breakfast, lots of choices. The dining room in the casino served good food but ambience a little lacking. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the overall experience was nice. Hotel area could use a bit of touching up ie spot cleaning on the carpets, fixing the wall paper in the common halls and in the room we stayed in, and the bathroom lights flickered when turned on so maybe an electrician look at that.

All the dining rooms were closed,so we had to eat in a casino. I dont like casinos at all. Poor energy/ loserville kind of feeling.To do this wehad to show ID to get in! How absurd. I phoned ahead to make sure the hot tub and pool were open.Which they were but I also asked at the time if there was anything else I should know.?.... that would have been a good time to mention this,that all dining rooms were closed.
