Hotel is a little dated. Microwave is in a place where one must bend down or kneel on floor. Water in hot tub looked murky. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The exit was hampered by being a shared drive. Big holes. Insufficient hand towels daily (should be 1 for each guest, not only one for the room)

Older hotel needing updating. A few things have been updated but not enough to feel like it was worth the cost. Dark rooms. The hot tub water was yellow. Gross. Water slide was fun. Breakfast was untidy. The waffle batter was separated and gunky. Not appetizing. Front staff were great. It was clean ish. But could use touch up paint and easy updates like lighting and new switches. Rooms were v small with stained carpets and dingy old table/chairs. Would have looked better omitting the chair and scratched table. Unfortunate because staff were great.

The facility smells like a very strong vomit smell. The pool was disgusting. When concerns were brought up to staff, they immediately got defensive and started yelling and denying the state of the property. This place need to be shut down.

Loved my stay at the Ramada in Cranbrook! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfy, and the bed was amazing. Great location, quiet at night, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Just one note about the breakfast. It was well supplied but the food warmers were not keeping the food hot. Assuming this would be a food safety issue. The eggs, sausages-and potatoes were cold.

It wasn't anything special or amazing. Breakfast looked nasty but my kids ate cereal. The pool was fine... but smelled funny and there was definitely mould on the ceiling. I wouldnt stay here again but before arrival i did try cancelling based on reviews, and it wasnt *that* bad.

Main complaint was no hand rail in the tub, I’m a senior and had a hard time having a shower. Picture of the property did not match the actual property. Soap dispensers were an unsanitary mess. Room tax added to posted nighty rate.

Poop on stairwell to slide, brought it to staff attention, cleaned some of it but not all and was told no cleaning staff so will have to wait for deep clean. I’m sorry but that is a health safety issue and should be cleaned instantly. Very disgusted and not happy.
