Did not have two rooms of correct bedding, despite being booked ahead. No smoking room smelled smoky, blinds did not close, the king bed had a deep crevasse in the middle!

We stay here at least 3-4 times a year. Military family traveling home. Always feel welcome by the very polite & friendly staff. Only issue this time was bathroom was clearly not cleaned. Hair was everywhere on all surfaces. Which is a rare occurrence.
