Basic hotel,nothing fancy. Great location, in Zona Rosa, lots of restaurants and entertainment just blocks away. Public transport very easily accessible

Overall we had a great stay. We wish the complementary breakfast had more varieties and have more protein based options like boiled egg, scrabbled eggs etc. we stayed for 5 nights and we got bored of eating same breakfast after our 3rd days. Also I wish they had hand soap or bars. It was inconvenient to wash hands just with shower gels since they are not exactly the same. Otherwise we loved our stay! We will definitely book again if travel México city again.

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.

They where a bit strict about having a 5th person in the room, and got charged extra, other than that stay was good

The room was very clean, staff were very polite and very useful in giving you directions to places.

We really had an excellent time. Very spacious, excellent location, this apartment covers the needs of a family of 6 people very well and beyond. Thank you!! …we’ll definitely come back.

Had to leave a day early and did not get a refund. They ran out of coffee and didn’t know where or how to replace. Nice room but minimum service throughout.
