Absolutely amazing experience!

Large very nice room,4 poster bed...location is terrific...can walk to everywhere, and parking in Charlottetown is difficult. Breakfast good,even gluten free options! Treats in room were good.

Would be great for 1-2 night stay. Wasn't the best for a week long visit. Desk staff was friendly and always helpful. Cleaning staff, who come every second day, seemed annoyed that we were there. One day our clean towels were left on the bathroom floor. Sharing amenities like the one tv and one mini fridge in a shared lounge for the whole hotel is a nice idea, but again not great when you are staying for an extended period of time. The location of the hotel is great! It is walking distance to nearly everything someone visiting Charlottetown could want to see. Parking isn't great - very limited, but that seems to be everywhere and not a reflection on the hotel. I don't think we would stay there again based on our needs, but we would recommend in general.

The hotel was very nice and had beautiful views and amenities, and the staff went out of their way to help when we had any questions. We particularly enjoyed the dinner at the Fluke one night. However, for pricey room in a building that was so recently constructed, it was surprising how loud the footsteps were on the floor above us. If you want to stay here and are not on the top floor, be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbors. I would recommend bringing earplugs.
