The ac worked great, pool was great, staff was friendly. We just had a terrible night our first night of our vacation and couldn’t sleep at all. I was in communication with the hotel all day yesterday and instead of giving us another night to make up for the first night, they only gave me a discounted rate for another night that I still paid for. I love Hampton inn and always use them anywhere I go. But this experience definitely deterred me away from using them in the future

I got the correct room, which is a plus compared to my last stay. Everything was great, only downfall would be the TV. It would stream every 20 seconds. Made it very hard to watch any programs. That became very frustrating.
