There was no one at front desk. Looked around for people. Called hotel 2x hoping they might hear the phone. After 10 mins i went through the employee door to see if someone fell asleep back there...No. finally someone new came in, said her shift didnt start yet but checked us in. Then no coffee in lobby in morning. All very awkward. Room was fine. It was clean, water was hot and heat worked.
