Lovely hotel, friendly and super efficient staff, aesthetic, great breakfast, in a very nice district.

This was a great all-inclusive. The room was a bit dated and needed a bit of re-doing. But clean and comfortable (we had the family duplex). Staff were all amazing and very kind/helpful. Both us and the kids had a great trip here.

I expected a luxury experience at this resort, but my stay fell far below that. My first room was not ready, and when it was, I was given a twin‑bed room that was visibly unclean — hair on the shower head, a dirty mirror, and a stained robe with someone’s eyelash curler still in the pocket. Even after being moved to a king room, cleanliness was still an issue, and I ended up cleaning the space myself. Service was the most disappointing part. I repeatedly watched staff assist other guests while ignoring me, to the point where I had to get my own drinks — even pouring my own beverage at a garden bar. Some staff were kind, but many interactions felt dismissive. As a Black traveler, I also couldn’t ignore how isolated I felt; I didn’t see a single other Black guest during my three‑day stay, and the difference in treatment was noticeable. The food was consistently subpar, and basic comforts like the bed, water quality, and bottled water were not up to standard. While the grounds, pool, and spa looked nice, the overall experience was far from luxurious. Coming directly from the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul made the contrast even clearer. I left feeling relieved for the stay to be over.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell well below our expectations. **The biggest problem is definitely the food.** The food is generally tasteless, poorly cooked and lacks variety. Although the buffet may initially appear to offer plenty of options, there is actually very little worth eating. The entire kitchen operation seriously needs to be reviewed and improved. There were also numerous issues with service and attention to detail. Baked potatoes (kumpir) were never available, and the waffle machine was out of order. The water used to keep the tea warm had gone cold, and nobody bothered to replace it. Juice had been spilled on the floor and was left unattended. These may seem like small details, but collectively they reflect a serious lack of care and management. The cocktails were extremely mediocre. There were only two positive highlights: the lovely lady making gözleme, who was excellent, and the Mixology Bar, which was noticeably better than the rest of the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The so-called "Vitamin Bar" was particularly disappointing. It was simply three juice dispensers placed inside the gym. Calling this a vitamin bar is quite misleading. **The activities and entertainment are very limited**, with very little to do throughout the day. Staff generally seem uninterested and inattentive, and the front desk staff in particular were quite rude and unwelcoming. The rooms are poorly soundproofed.
