Loved the beds, slides, little treat for my granddaughter, cleanliness, TV and toothbrushes and clean towels. The personal room playground was in excellent condition and that was what made the stay most memorable and enjoyable for my granddaughter. But.....toilet sink was somewhat choked, shower head was leaking, and I had hoped for a separate shampoo and body wash bottles. Also for hooks or lines to hang our towels. Would appreciate a plug for USB or something (for inserting wires for charging phones). I wasn't told to approach the guard counter for checking in. That made it confusing and troublesome to manoeuvre. The guard wasn't patient nor friendly either. Apart from these shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and would love to plan for a 3 night stay there again instead of for just 1 night. Frankly, we enjoyed the stay here more than at the Premium room at Legoland Hotel. Thank you for the lovely room and your staff's kind assist.

The whole apartment smells like a choked drain so super smelly.luckily we stayed for a night and checked in late.we checked out 8am in e morning cause we cnt sleep well.

Excellent stay on the high floor great unblocked views. Essential amenities were all there. Parking was complimentary. Access to shopping, food options and entertainment was great.

The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it.

Dirty apartment, all the drains blocked showering for more than 2 minutes was not possible as you’d flood the bathroom, utensils are dirty and floor was oily. Kettle had old left over water from someone else
