Lovely lake stay
Lovely little family run hotel offering bed and breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, small but the balcony offers gorgeous view of a small harbour. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a view where the boats were so it was nice in the evening sitting on the balcony. Breakfast great choice and added bonus of being able to eat undercover with the view of the boats.Central for bars and restaurants reception very helpful.

This was our favourite hotel we stayed at during our holiday in Europe. It's not the flashiest hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, which was a huge bonus! That, combined with the location makes this an outstanding value. The shared terrace was a fantastic place to have lunch!

This hotel is situated in the most beautiful area. There is a mini fridge in the rooms, towels changed daily and rooms cleaned daily. There is a coffee station and a mini fridge where you can purchase drinks for the same price as the shops. We chose this hotel so we could travel to Venice, Milan and Verona. It’s a 15 min walk to the train station. The ferry is directly outside the hotel so you can access other areas on the lake. There are many shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The beach area is perfect 👌 not too busy and only a 10 min walk. We have had the most amazing time in Desenzano and would highly recommend this hotel. A huge thank you to the staff.

We really liked the location of the hotel, nearby the old town, the lake and access to ferries. Breakfast was good. We just wished it would be a bit less strict, like for example the outdoor terrace that closes at 8PM, or we had to ask the staff to lower the AC (is set at 25 C).

Liked the location of the property .staff were helpful in trying to book a taxi due to the adverse weather conditions.The shower cubicle was tight in terms of space and the blackout curtains described in the room were not there.Overall i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Such a beautiful area ..think we stayed in the best spot.We didnt have balcony but there is a lovely terrace to use.Views and resturants around wonderful . Breakfast was good.Staff were really friendly & helpful.If it had a pool it would be perfect. 20 min walk from station ..2 min walk to ferry. Thank you for a wonderful week .
