Old hotel. Musty smell. Nice big room though. Good for 1-2 nights. Price is good.

Such a beautiful place with kind, welcoming staff! I felt right at home. Breakfast was amazing. We had a balcony room and we could see the ocean from our bed! We ate dinner at Perwinkles and it was fantastic! I recommend to anyone in the area.

Happy hour, live music on porch from 5-8 was excellent. Dinner was fantastic! Park your car & walk everywhere! Staff was fabulous!

An extremely nice hotel, with large comfortable rooms and a decent king bed. Staff were all lovely throughout our stay and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable. Only downside is that it is located on the very edge of town, with some steep hills to negotiate. However on the upside there is a plentiful supply of very reasonable local taxis. Overall highly recommended.

I booked a club room paid extra because the rooms were advertised as having 24hour room service, plush robes, water upon arrival, also upgraded toiletries and a fantastic view. Firstly none of that was available when I arrived except the view. They definitely need to ensure that the third party booking sites have their correct information. I could have forgiven that, but I certainly can not forgive the state of the room I was given. It is supposed to be a 4 star establishment. My room (1005)was dirty and felt more like a 2 star accomodation. The tub was just plain nasty with mildew in the grout lines, and the previous occupants hair remaining throughout the tub. My hair is very long and grey, so hopefully the next guests didn't have to deal with that. I have attached some photos, take a look. Would you be pleased to have a dirty room, torn headboards a disgusting bathtub and none of the amenities that you were expecting for a nice 4 star weekend away? I doubt it. My grand daughter was supposed to be with me but due to a death in the family, was unable to join me. I'm actually glad that she couldn't come, because I would have been embarrassed to take her to that room after having promised her a lovely stay in a nice hotel. I just think that they should pay more attention to the state of the property. It was a very disappointing experience.
