The apartment was clean, well maintained and spacious. On the flip side, I was very disappointed with the customer service:
1. The first night I stayed there, the toilet handle malfunctioned and it kept flushing all night. When I informed them, I was told to email photos of the problem. My husband ended up fixing it.
2. I am from the Caribbean, when I informed the host that the temperature needed adjusting since it was too cold for me (there were no controls available in the apartment), I was told that I needed to turn off the thermostats (I am yet to find a control for this).
3. Laundry services was advertised at the time of booking and when I asked the host, I was informed that it was advertised in error. I mentioned to the person that one of the reasons for booking the place was due to the fact that I will be able to do my laundry and asked them to suggest an alternative. Well I didn't hear from them again.
Your customer service is very poor and you need to work on your communication skills. An email does not rectify an emergency and you falsely advertised. I am giving you three stars since the place itself was very nice and clean, however you got 0 for your handling of all my concerns.
P.S. Please rectify your ad to reflect Street Parking, this was not clear to me as your ad said free uncovered self parking. In the Caribbean, this means parking in your yard. Since you do not own the road, you cannot advertise parking as though its your property.
