The Hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was available on site at no cost.

The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around €15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe.

It was clean and decent room. Near from train station which is good for us that check out so early to catched early trip to our next destination😉

Beautiful hotel and helpful staff

Lorenzo went above and beyond to assist us. We had an early morning tour and he stored our luggage all day after checkout and made us breakfast to go.

Beautiful location. Scenic views. Fun to be up and away from thr bustle and bustle of Como. The funicolare is super convenient unless you have multiple suitcases.

The hotel was very easy to find, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was basic but clean and stocked with the necessities - perfect and low-stress for a late arrival. The dinner menu and continental breakfast were also great.
