The rooms were very clean and well decorated. The staff were polite and professional. The air conditioning was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff and service were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. An easy 10 minute walk to the cathedral area of downtown. Highly recommend.

Room was very large with kitchen. They provided wine and some snacks but both proved impossible to open. Also out door lock didn’t work for a day. They eventually fixed this but travel partner was concerned about it for awhile. I tend to think these experiences were more bad luck than anything else. The location is nice-close to tourist sites. Good for walking around Seville. They communicate via WhatsApp very effectively. One potential caveat is lack of hotel staff outside of business hours from 9am to 230 pm. Makes dealing with issues that arise a little harder and can’t really store luggage until later in the day travel. We had to use storage locker at the terminal and make extra trip there. Breakfast is not included but many cafes in area. I strongly recommend Alphonsito’s.

Helpful staff, great central location and nice room

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, and a tasty breakfast to start the day made for an enjoyable stay in Sevilla. Facilities looked a bit dated but added to the charm, the reprints of paintings on the wall were in keeping with the ambience of the place. The beds were comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep after a tiring day out in the heat. Would choose again, if available.

The pool was such a great addition for a city break, the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were large and quiet and there was a great breakfast, with loads of options! It is a bit further out but a nice walk in and we got a bus back that dropped us right outside. Plenty of food options within a 10-15 minute walk. View from the roof top pool is pretty impressive.
