Room was clean
Room was clean. Hotel was quiet which is always a plus. Bed was a brick. Would not stay there again at the price we paid ($150 ish) when same room was $70 ish the next night.

Our room, especially our bed, was surrounded with spiders. We had a couple crawl onto our sheets which led me to check around the bed. Found several under the bed skirt, bedside table, and by the couch. The morning we left there was a spider the size of a half dollar coin on the wall next to our door inside the room.

The room was fine. It was the check in & free breakfast that weren’t great. The front desk employee didnt say anything at all during my check in. I walked in & greeted her. She said “name”… then “license & credit card”.. then “here’s your key”… THATS IT! I repeatedly said Thank You & other simple pleasantries to which she did not reply at all. It was very strange. Then at breakfast the next morning, there was no staff to be found. The tables were never cleaned, the 3 coffee pots were empty. There were several of us looking for someone to refill the coffee.

Torn/large holes in window screens on front of building is not a good impression. Front desk person was vacant. She didn't take the handset with her so when we called 0 per the sign, it just rang at the desk. She was in the adjacent room and didn't come out until a maid intervened for us.

Noisy ,people were running and yelling in hall seemed to be people living there .the room could have been cleaner. Room was not cleaned we needed clean towels and trash taken care of . We try to stay at these hotels when traveling but I think it was more management than anything.

Staff was indifferent at best, no polite greetings at any point in the two night stay. Not at all a welcoming atmosphere. Our room smelled like mildew, the bed and pillows were awful. The staff was utterly unresponsive when we told them our concerns. Breakfast was adequate though the juice was watered down to the point of why bother. Overall it just felt like we were inconviencing every member of the staff.

I am a choice rewards member I have stayed at numerous Choice hotels and have never paid $40 per day for my doggie plus tax!! That is simply ridiculous. No hot water on the bathroom sink and it didn't drain properly. The bathtub stopper didn’t work so I couldn't shower properly. The hotel had the nerve to text my phone and ask how everything was going. And when i told them about the tub and the sink they still did nothing

Handicap accessible lift chair for hot tub didnt work and battery wasnt charged when asked at front desk for it..they didnt or wouldnt go above and beyond to accommodate us in any way and they took $200 cash deposit when checking in and gave only $100 back.Should have called manager in right away knowing i told her we lived in Illinois and not a short trip and NEVER EVER HAVE I EVER HAD TO PAY BEFORE STAYING HAS ALWAYS BEEN AT CHECKOUT. NEVER AGAIN! LUCKY THEY GET ANY STARS! AMERICANS NEED TO RUN THESE HOTELS WHO SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH!!

The check in process was awful. We were checking into multiple rooms because our golf teams were staying there and check in took almost 45 minutes, with no waiting. We had to pay for each room individually and run the credit card through for each room. After 2 times the card failed because of possible fraud, so we had to call the credit card company to approve the transactions. We told the desk person this would happen but they did not allow all rooms to be applied to one credit card transaction. It was ridiculous.
