Hampton Inn Dubuque
I found neon toy drums in my window. I could see the bathroom floor was dirty and unmopped. There was a white liquid stain on my chair. The wallpaper was washed out in areas. The rooms need to be truly cleaned. Lastly on night two it was noisy in the lobby past 2am and I could not sleep.
