It is nice to be right downtown in Dubuque and close to restaurants and shops. Parking was free and available, but usually we had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

Updated hotel near everything. Front desk staff very professional. Clean room. Parking is a little confusing. It’s free. There are 3 levels, so drive around the hotels block if you cannot find parking on the level you are on. Each level’s entrance is different, but the elevator is available on each level.

I appreciated the value and the location to Galena, Illinois. This was my second stay here and it proved to be an excellent choice, clean easy to find and great location. I plan to revisit and take advantage of other tourist attractions near this hotel...i.e. Mississippi Museum.

The hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly. The parking garage was a little inconvenient at times but it wasn’t too bad. The only thing was the area felt a little shady.

Good location. Huge lobby. Room was small. Our view was of the roof and air conditioning units. Refrigerator was very loud. The temperature in the room went from hot to cold everytime the air conditioning was running and then stopped. It didn't seem to regulate the temperature evenly enough to be comfortable. Couldn't exit the building using the stairs unless there was an emergency. So had to use the elevator to get to the second floor.
