The best part of this hotel is the proximity to the university, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms were small, but clean. We had a problem with our key cards that was never fixed. It had to be inserted at least 3-5 times before it would work even for the desk clerk.

The manager at the front was very nice. They need to get a proper sign for their building. The walls seemed very thin. Other customers walking down the hall, opening/slamming doors, bathroom vent in room next door, etc were all very loud.

A little rough stay

Building is really outdated and in the middle of construction for remodeling. So in some of the older rooms you can see rust on the sprinkler and overall damage in the tile or tubs, or even wallpaper or rugs coming up from their secured attachments.

Not the best for families.

Disappointed a high end hotel didn’t have a pool at least. Restaurant was sub par. Very few options, undercooked, and over charged from what menu prices were listed.
