Positive: The staff at the office and the bar are really friendly. They were able to provide assistance. Room pillow and bed are soft and comfortable. Breakfast was good and a lot of variety. Opportunity: In the room by the bathroom and sink area smelled like pee. The fridge had food in it from the prior occupant. The ice maker machine in the building was not working.

We booked a two day stay. The room was clean, but the hot water knob in the shower was stuck. I reported it immediately, and the second day, also, but it was never fixed, so we had no hot water for two days.

This is a Motel not Hotel as advertised. Overflowing smelly garbage in stairwells. Cobwebs all over outside of rooms and walkways. Toilet ran all night. Room was clean. Beds are very small and hard. They do not supply shuttle to casino as advertised

Overall it was a good stay. Back was hurting in the morning and the pillows could have been better. Some odd people staying there as well. But it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Had an issue when we checked into room. Noticed rug was damp by bathroom door. Mentioned it to housekeeping staff and to a maintenance worker who quickly contacted office and moved us to another room. Turned out that they had shampooed the rugs the day before and they were still damp. Their response could not have been quicker and a lady (whom I believe was the manager) came out to front desk to apologize for the inconvenience. Very impressed with resolution.

Staying at the Days Inn by Wyndham felt like I was paying to stay in the projects for the weekend. It was dirty, musty, and moldy.The bathroom was dated back the 1920s with the original grout and mold to go with. Had to wait hours for clean towels after the hotel staff came in and cleaned. I do not recommend this establishment!!! Wyndham do better!!! this is the worst Wyndham I have ever been in!
